Customers rank hotel in top 10 in UK

A HOTEL near Stow that only opened 18 months ago has been ranked among the top 10 in the country by its customers.
Number Four at Stow, on the Fosseway, has been named the UK’s ninth best hotel in the poll by TripAdviser, the world’s largest travel website.
Sisters Caroline and Patricia Losel bought the hotel 18 months ago and renovated it back to its former glory after it had stood empty for nearly a year. The sisters named the hotel in keeping with their family tradition – it is their fourth decade in the hotel industry and they are two of four sisters.
Caroline said: “We come from a family of hoteliers. It’s in our blood. We just provide good old-fashioned hospitality.
The reviews have just been phenomenal. This is based purely on customers.
It’s very humbling.
“We get a lot of repeat customers.
The local support has been fantastic.”
TripAdviser compiled the list using millions of reviews and opinions posted by people on its website.
